Cancellation Policy
Appointments NOT canceled within the 24 hour time frame or “No-Shows” will be subjected to forfeit 100% your $20 booking deposit. (Deposit refund: Please contact Carissa Barbo at 530-261-0490 to obtain deposit refund if cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the time of the scheduled appointment.) Appointments NOT cancelled within the provided 24 hour time frame will NOT be refunded. No exceptions.
